DORIS-DOM D’Angelo has started her career in acrobatics and balancing at the circus school of
Silvia Montfort where she creates a duet of balance that allows her to go around the world
and to perform in the most prestigious venues such as the Moulin Rouge de Paris, the Friedrich Stad Palace in Berlin, and many more. It integrates
new circuses in the 90s as they are booming. By mixing a Acrobatic technique and a subtle actor game, it is one of the Collective Creations of Cirque Plume and Archaos
She is formed as a Clown at Philippe Gaulier and with Alain Gautré,
and created a Burlesque character: “DORIS” that combines performance and play
of actor, she renews aerial acrobatics on cloth by mixing it with comedy,

Le Figaro writes: “It is in stiletto heels that one
clown woman reinvents the aerial fabric “.

DORIS-DOM D’Angelo se forme à l’acrobatie et équilibrisme à l’école du cirque de
Silvia Montfort où elle crée un duo d’équilibre qui lui permet de faire le tour du monde
et de se produire dans les lieux les plus prestigieux du music hall comme le Moulin
Rouge de Paris, le Friedrich Stad Palace de Berlin, et bien d’autres. Elle intègre les
nouveaux cirques dans les années 90 alors qu’ils sont en plein essor. En mélangeant une
technique Acrobatique très performante et un jeu d’acteur subtil, elle fait parti des
Créations Collectives des Cirque Plume et Archaos qui marqueront le renouveau du
cirque,
Elle se forme au Clown chez Philippe Gaulier et avec Alain Gautré,
et crée ainsi un personnage Burlesque : « DORIS » qui allie la performance et le jeu
d’acteur, elle renouvelle l’acrobatie aérienne sur tissu en la mélangeant au comique, après plusieurs spectacles dans lesquels elle joue le fil Rouge ( grand Céleste – cabaret Hablingbö – festival du rire)
,elle sera salué par un journaliste du Figaro qui écrit : « C’est en talons aiguilles qu’une
femme clown réinvente le tissu aérien ».
